The Vision Preferred Provider Organization Plan from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company allows you to visit any licensed vision specialist for coverage, with additional benefits when staying in-network. The plan offers savings on lens enhancements, glasses, sunglasses, and laser vision correction when using participating locations. Out-of-network reimbursement is also available, and some exclusions apply, such as coverage for certain services, materials, and treatments.
